1. Agreement

By accessing linkfeed-node.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and services described herein.

2. Services description

Linkfeed Node provides informational content, course descriptions, and contact channels for training programs related to Java for Enterprise Systems. Unless a separate written agreement exists, no professional services are implied by browsing this site.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You represent that you are at least eighteen years old and have authority to submit information on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for accuracy of data you provide through forms.

4. Intellectual property

All curriculum names, page copy, visual assets, and downloadable templates remain property of Linkfeed Node or its licensors. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute materials without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, harvest personal data of other users, or upload malware. Violations may lead to suspension and referral to competent authorities in Thailand.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Linkfeed Node is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to THB 5,000 unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.

8. Changes

We may update these General Terms to reflect regulatory or product changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised date; continued use constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires explicit consent.
