Money-Back Policy

1. Scope

This Money-Back Policy applies to paid training seats purchased directly from Linkfeed Node when a formal invoice or checkout record exists. Third-party resellers follow their own policies.

2. Cooling-off period

Consumers located in Thailand may withdraw within fourteen calendar days from purchase without stating a reason, provided no live cohort session has started and no digital download pack was accessed beyond the preview page.

3. Partial refunds

If you attended up to twenty percent of scheduled live sessions, you may request a fifty percent refund within twenty-one days when documented technical failures on our side prevented access. Mentors will verify attendance logs.

4. Non-refundable items

Certificate issuance fees after successful completion, bespoke corporate workshops with signed statements of work, and add-on mentor blocks already delivered are non-refundable.

5. Request process

Email hello@linkfeed-node.digital with invoice number, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with approval or request for missing information.

6. Processing timeline and method

Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add additional days outside our control.

7. Thai consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 and related subordinate laws. For disputes, you may contact the Office of the Consumer Protection Board.
