Linkfeed Node, operating linkfeed-node.digital, is the controller for personal data collected through this website and inquiry forms.

2. Categories of data

We may process identity data (name), contact data (email, phone), professional data (company, role), technical data (IP address, device type), and message content you voluntarily submit.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed to respond to enquiries, operate the website, improve content, and comply with law. Legal bases include contract preparation, legitimate interests in securing our services, and consent where required.

4. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for disputes or tax compliance. Technical logs rotate within ninety days unless security investigations require extension.

5. Recipients and processors

We use infrastructure and email providers that may process data outside Thailand. Contracts include standard safeguards where applicable.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves Thailand, we assess adequacy or implement appropriate safeguards consistent with Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) requirements.

7. Security measures

We apply TLS encryption in transit, access controls for staff, and least-privilege credentials for systems hosting inquiry data. No method is perfectly secure; you share information at your own considered risk.

8. Your rights

9. Children's data

This site is not directed to children under sixteen. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us for prompt deletion.

10. Policy updates

We revise this Data Protection notice when practices change. The last updated date reflects the newest version.
